In a current research
work, I investigated the high cytotoxicic
activities of five synthetic chalcone
derivatives against prostate
cancer cell line PC1 in vitro with IC50 range 3.75-4.65
microgram/ml. For the
reference drug Doxorubicin it is 4.73 . I am looking for a
collaborator to study the cell cycle
effects of these
synthetic materials on the same cell line or others to
see wether they
show related activities and to coauthor the
publication with my group after doing
detailed investigations of their mechanism of action.
